THE FIRST BOOK
I have always dreamt to find a way to share my stories, and now that dream has finally become reality with the publication of my first book. Thanks to the Italian publisher Eidon Edizioni, the first copies will soon be available.
This debut book tells the adventure that Andrea and I experienced in Marocco in April 2024. Alongide the story it features a collection of portraits, capturing some of the many faces that we encountered along the way.
Writing “Una tenda per due”, made me realize what I love to do. Inspired by the idea of an even more engaged and purposeful expedition, project Mongolia was born.
THE OUTBACK LIFE
I wanted to find a job where I could be immersed in the nature and learning new useful skills, what best than an Australian sheep and cattle station. As a wrangler, I have been working in very close and constant contact with the animals, learning how to take care of them, staying alert for potential predators, and moving mostly on bikes and horses. But the job goes far beyond that, maintaining fences, waterpipes and of mechanical equipment has allowed me to develop a wide range of new skills.

Being a station hand is both physically and psychologically demanding job, workdays are extremely long and most of the time is spent under a relentless sun. Often, you find yourself working alone in remote areas with no signal and not a single soul for dozens of kilometres, meaning that, most of the time, you are the only help you can rely on.
